Ken in hardware helped me select hammer drill suited for my tack. Made sure the drill, sctews and socket where all aligned to work with the drill. Ken demonstrated his knowledge of the available tools capability and hardware compatibility I hope all customers can experience this example of a classical local hardware store with a great dales staff.
WORST. SERVICE. EVER. just went there for the first time in my life. every single employee walked past us without any acknowledgement. when I asked one employee in particular for service, he responded with a quick "NO" and walked away. yes, their merchandise is very well organized and easy to find but that's because they lack any conception of CUSTOMER SERVICE.

But anyway I don't understand why they have to scan each item separate if all of them are same, in my case it was 17 gallon cans of exactly same paint. Waste of my and their time. Overall for one time visit, store gets 4 stars
