Upon my return to the states I came in to return the SIM cards as I was not sold the correct plan. I am told that the SIM cards are prepaid and there are no refunds. They said to leave my name and number and they would talk to the manager and get back to me. In the mean time, I called T-Mobile directly and was told they couldn't do anything because this is NOT a T-Mobile store, instead it is a third party retailer named TCC Wireless.
This time, I was given his phone number by another manager. I have tried calling and e-mailing multiple times with no return, or response.
This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their knowledge on their products is horribly insufficient, and the customer service is a complete joke. I have never experienced such unprofessional, childish behavior in business in my entire life. I'd get better service at a lemonade stand.
It was such horrible service. The guy charged me for an item I had no idea I was buying and dropped it in the bag without my knowledge. The manager still never gave me a call. They have no idea what they are doing. They have people working who look like they are lost. The managers never call you back or anything. Luckily. T mobile customer service helped me out so i don't have to deal with the store.
I never received a call back so I went back to the store. I was given Jamar Roberts' e-mail address (the district manager). I wrote him an e-mail explaining everything and he responded saying come to the store the following Tuesday at 5pm and he will give me my refund. I show up, and who would have guessed! He wasn't there.
My first experience in this store has been amazing! Every rep was helpful and hands-on. No question went unanswered and I left knowing everything about my account, bill, and transaction. Even the managers were involved in my purchase which gave me an extra sense of security. 11/10 would recommend this location as opposed to my usual trip to the Bridgeport store.
The ladies and gentlemen in this store have been nothing but a blessing. i went in got everything I wanted plus some in under 30 mins. I had a meeting to go to and they worked so fast i couldnt believe it
Now I am out $160 and have a bad taste in my mouth. This store single-handedly destroyed my view of T-Mobile. I wish I had bought lemonade instead, that way I would still have $159 and actually feel less sour.

TLDR: Don't ever go here. Run by highly incompetent people.
I went here to get 2 SIM cards for use in Europe as T-Mobile has an unlimited data plan there. I spoke with Treyvaughn and the sale went through very smoothly. Unfortunately, they did not work when i got to Europe. I tried calling the store, as well as T-Mobile customer service while abroad and was told by this store that "they should work". T-Mobile customer service told me I should have purchased "post paid SIMs". I was sold the wrong thing and wasted an entire day of my vacation to sort this mess out. I ended up buying two new SIM cards at an EE mobile store.
