A very nice business. John & Gina made the experience very pleasurable. He even allowed my wife and I to take the car for a test drive by ourselves.We felt like we knew them for a long time. I am torn when I write this review. A couple of months ago my husband and I purchased a used truck (10 years old, Ford F150) from the team at Bridge Motos. Now we knew what we were getting into with a used truck, so that is why I am torn. The service was very good, and the whole team took good care of us throughout the process. My only issue is that since we have purchased the truck, we had to do a complete transmission rebuild that cost almost a quarter of the total worth of the truck. Again, I know with a used vehicle it is a risk that you take, but it was still frustrating to have the issue arise so close to when we bought the truck and to have it be such a substantial cost.
I bought my new Volkswagen Beetle from them and the staff was extremely helpful and more than willing to work around my schedule. The car itself was in great shape, runs wonderful and was listed at a fantastic price. They made car buying super easy and were even able to register it for me in about a day. They also went out of their way to replace the broken glove box in the car. This dealership was great to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new car.
I recently purchased a vehicle and it was a very good experience. These are good people who are clearly interested in making sure that the customer is satisfied and gets what they are looking for, not maximizing their profit. The way the vehicle was priced it was a very good value, and exactly as advertised. No high pressure sales tactics, but they are attentive and helpful. Very different from most experiences I have had over in almost 40 years of owning and buying cars. The owner even replaced some things at his expense after we closed the deal that he really didn’t have to, very nice people. Vehicle was cleaned and spotless when I picked it up. I was treated and felt like a valued customer.
